Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for developing and administering talent acquisition processes to attract and recruit qualified candidates to the organization.



Supervision Exercised:

This position does not supervise staff.



Supervision Received:

Under direction of assigned managerial staff.



Quality Statement:



Supports organizational quality efforts by accepting responsibility for:



· Reporting any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.

· Participating in the implementation of solutions to problems.



Essential Functions:



• Manage the full cycle recruiting, selection testing, and onboarding process of all positions.

• Provides regular recruitment activity updates to department managers

• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screening to ensure that candidates qualify for the position, and develop their interest in career opportunities at CBC

• Build and manage relationships with community contacts and local colleges/universities for recruitment.

• Establish and/or maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidate pool, and external recruiters.

• Provide timely and relevant feedback and metrics with respect to sourcing strategies.

• Responds to inquiries regarding recruitment practices and policies.

• Work with HR Assistant to manage job postings on the CBC Career page, external websites and on social media sites.

• Provide support for orientation sessions.

• Partners with ER to provide guidance on various employee issues.

• Partners with HR Total Rewards and Compensation on salary recommendations for internal transfers / promotions.

• Supports coordination of recruitment event

Job Qualifications:
Education & Experience



Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance or related field.



Experience:

Three years of experience in human resources, which includes all aspects of recruiting life cycle, from sourcing through on-boarding in talent acquisition.



Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



Knowledge:



Advanced knowledge of practices and procedures in recruitment and sourcing which includes social media.



Knowledge of various applicant tracking systems and HRIS.



Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Proactive and able to manage expectations of both candidates and hiring managers



Ability to create analysis on a variety of facilities process information and identify, trends, patterns, and deficiencies and follow-up where needed.



Strong attention to detail in all documentation and work processes.



Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.



High level of interpersonal skills to handle a variety of complex issues and situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy in dealing with a variety of staff up to and including executive leadership.



Ability to communicate clearly and with authority, both in writing and verbally, to others in one-on-one or small group settings.



Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and customers in a helpful, courteous and friendly manner while demonstrating sensitivity to and respect for diverse populations.
